Plant Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our family-run plant nursery! While we carefully nurture and inspect every plant before shipping, we know sometimes things can go wrong in transit. Here's our simple policy to make things right if you're not happy with your plants:

When You Receive Your Plants

If there's an issue with your order, please:

  1. Take photos of the plants while still in their original packaging

  2. Send these photos to potsofjoynz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery

  3. Include your order number and a quick description of the concern

What We Cover

We'll happily replace or refund plants that:

  • Arrive damaged from shipping

  • Show signs of pests or disease

  • Don't match our description

  • Die within 48 hours despite proper care

Unfortunately, we can't refund shipping costs or cover issues that arise from repotting, pruning, or care after the first 48 hours.

Our Process

  • We'll review your photos within 1 business day

  • If approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method

  • For orders over $50, we might ask you to return the plants (we'll cover shipping if the issue is our fault)
